FinScope is a nationally representative survey that provides an overview on how adult Mozambicans (aged 16 and older) source their income and manage their financial lives and provides insights into attitudes and perceptions regarding financial products and services.

This is the third (3rd) Edition and the previous ones were made in 2009 and 2014 respectively.

Developed by the FinMark Trust, with technical support from the National Statistics Institute (INE) and facilitated by the Financial Sector Deepening Mozambique (FSDMoç) in collaboration with the financial sector institutions, the survey provides information on access and use of financial services and allows monitoring the levels of financial inclusion across the country in order to guarantee a holistic and increasingly inclusive process.
